I would really recommend Michael. He was great when it came to sorting out the rats in my back garden. He responded promptly and efficiently, coming out the next day..He got to the heart of the issue ( my neighbour’s drain) and communicated very pleasantly with my neighbour. The whole matter was sorted out with zero fuss and every one was satisfied.

We had a rat under our house, and despite hiring another pest control company 3 weeks before contacting Michael we were hearing more and more sounds and the bait trap they set had not been touched. Getting increasingly anxious, I contacted Michael and he got back to me right away, quickly identified the entry point, installed rat flaps, and came every day for a week to lay down poisin & check that it was being consumed - within a week our problem was sorted. He was also incredibly informed and reassuring. Forever thankful! Highly highly recommend!
I recently had an urgent issue with a wasp nest at my home and reached out to Effective Pest Control. Michael responded promptly and was at my house just a couple of hours after my call. Michael is a very nice guy who clearly knows his stuff. He quickly assessed the situation and sprayed the nest with a special powder, completing the job in just 15 minutes.
