Brian turned out to be a complete time waster. I explained that I needed to get a couple of issues fixed for a really good tenant and he strung me along for two weeks and then stopped answering messages.
Brian was very responsive, easy to communicate with and did a great job. He is very quick to respond, diagnose and send out a quote. Would really recommend him and will use him again for other jobs
Brian was a great find. He was responsive, reliable and really helpful. He sorted a pump issue for us, that other plumbers had not been able to, and did so very efficiently. We will definitely be calling him again if we have any more plumbing issues!
I had a very disappointing experience with this plumber two weeks ago. We arranged an appointment on a Thursday for Saturday and reconfirmed during the week, yet he didn’t show up.I had arranged for someone to be at the property specifically, which made the no-show even more frustrating. This was a straightforward in and out job requiring very little time or commitment, with no long-term prospects, yet he failed to attend or communicate.I made multiple attempts to contact him on the day with no response. When he eventually replied, his only explanation was that he had “had a bad week,” with no apology or accountability. For someone with several decades of experience this was surprising. I would not recommend.
Had a problem with the toilet and bathroom drain in my apartment. Called Brian on a Friday holiday and he promptly went there and fixed. Fast and reliable service! I highly recommend!
Oisin recently fixed a leak in our toilet and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He came out to us very quickly, arrived exactly when he said he would, and repaired the toilet efficiently. The job was done to a very high standard and everything has been working perfectly since.<br><br>Oisin is also a genuinely lovely guy—friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Oisin and his company to anyone looking for reliable plumbing work. Excellent service all around.
