We had a great experience. They responded to my message straight away, and Keith and his colleague arrived within about 50 minutes, which was incredibly reassuring. After assessing the situation, they explained everything clearly and suggested coming back the next day with the necessary new parts to fix it properly. I had issues with boiler / hot water cylinder / pump / other plumbing problems with a new house. Keith was fantastic, very responsive and knowledgeable. We've had a number of issues with the heating recently and twice Keith has come out within the hour. We really appreciated Keith coming out on a Sunday afternoon when we had a burst pipe. As usual he was efficient and explained everything and the issue was sorted within minutes. A gent to deal with and he is coming back to do a larger job. If only every tradesman was as efficient as Keith.

Needed 4 radiators removed and replaced. KKplumbing were the most competitive quote out of many. Keith always responded to my calls and texts in a timely manner. He and Andy arrived when they said they would, did the job to my satisfaction and were very decent to deal with. Highly recommended.
