I've been a customer of theirs for 5-6 years and the prices keeps rising despite no claims or penalty points. A few months ago I changed my address for which the total cost was €107 - of which, €60 was an admin fee. It took them 2 mins on the phone. When it came time for renewal, I looked on a competitor website and got insured for €425, while their best renewal was over €700 (which represented another huge increase from the previous year). Save yourself money and go elsewhere, they clearly don't have access to all the insurance providers.
