Got my insurance through insuremyhouse last year. Paid €462 last year. My letter for renewal came through and the "best" offer this year was €692. After one phone call this came down to €490. I found this very deceitful from the company. I give one star because I dealt with Gary who provided excellent customer service

Insured with these guys for a year. Renewal was a disaster. They called my phone repeatedly over 6 days and would hang up when I answered and not leave a message. Staff on the phone were very unhelpful and rude when i called. When I looked into my renewal with the same company they proposed I was able to get it 250 euro cheaper direct. Don't waste your time with them
