I recently purchased a property which Norths had listed. Andrew McGibney was managing the sale and he went above and beyond with his helpfulness. All the normal facilitation, but the extra effort in communication when there were issues with solicitors etc was amazing. I honestly don't know if we would have closed if it wasn't for Andrew's efforts. Thank you!

Absolutely avoid this Estate Agent. They are lazy and unaccomdating and clearly do not put their sellers first. They currently showing a property in Kiltipper Gate, Dublin 24. We are serious cash buyers who live outside Ireland looking to buy an apartment for our sons to go to college there. As we can't go to the property physically and are asking to view it via a whatsapp video call and they are refusing. We don't have anyone in Dublin to view it for us.<br>Andrew McGibney has basically told me that they are not willing to do it as other parties are viewing and he's not willing to show it to me before or after the viewing and won't arrange another viewing of the property either for us as . It would take less than 10 minutes if his time!<br>Appreciate its on whatsapp but that's our decision and would also get a survey done as standard and we don't live in Ireland<br><br>Shocking bad service. There are plenty of good estate agents who are lovely obliging.<br><br>Sellers BEWARE
