RF Property Management

RF Property Management managed our development for over 20 years and did an excellent job. The development is very well maintained and all of the key services are reliably delivered. The team in RF is top class - very responsive and very professional.

RFPM were the appointed property managers for the apartment complex where I owned an apartment. In my experience RFPM were always very professional, prompt and pro-active in their remit and very pleasant to deal with overall.

RF has managed our development since it was built almost 25 years ago. They have done an outstanding job. The development still looks like it did when constructed and newly opened. The gardens, common areas etc. have been extremely well maintained. When minor issues have arisen, (as in when a large tree fell during a storm) they quickly became engaged to resolve. Poor level of service being provided. Issues remain unresolved despite repeated follow-ups, while high monthly payments continue to be collected without delay.<br>For example, the entrance to my apartment building is currently covered with tire marks, which significantly impacts the appearance and upkeep of the property (I do not own a bicycle or any sort of equipment to leave marks on the wall). I contacted RF Management to request that this be addressed, but I was informed that cleaning is only planned for 2027 while the marks remain there since 2025, which is clearly not a reasonable timeframe. The issue has been resolved and I am changing the rating accordingly.

I count myself very lucky to have had RFPM as my managing agent for 6 years. I experienced their service in a number of ways - first as a resident, second as a committee member and third as chair of the owner management committee. There are numerous items I could bring up that made interacting with them a pleasure - proactive nature, superior customer service, understanding but also direct and forceful when needed (as is required of a managing agent when dealing with difficult tenants). I really loved how they always engaged the committee with options, and were understanding and explained areas where some of the committee may not have expertise (e.g. sewage). The three best compliments I can give them are - 1, our complex always looked immaculate and well kept, even near bins - 2, they were the best managing agents I dealt with in 20 years of living in Dublin and - 3, most importantly, i can count the numerous times when random other OMCs reached out to me/friends inquired about our experience that i was more than happy to strongly recommend RFPM to them.
