Only use if you are the landlord. They will walk all over you if you are the tenant and get away with it too because of how much the contract covers them and not the tenant at all. The main guy here (the guy who is replying to the reviews) is a nasty piece of work. he has zero regard for his tenants. Edit based on response: It was my decision to break the lease, yes this is correct. The law didn't side with me in this situation because of the one sided contract. I broke the lease because the apartment basically fell apart just 1-2 weeks into our tenancy. A window broke too and we were left with a draft for a whole winter without anyone even looking into it. Why wouldn't I be mad when I pay for a service and not get what I pay for? It's not about the law at the end of the day, it's about your service and your service is very poor.

Worst Housing company you can ever deal with. Avoid this company at all cost. Never in a life time will deal with westcourt Management. They act very professional at the start but screw you at the end. Worst Housing agency and agent to deal with. Check previous reviews guys before going in contract with this agency. All they mention we get great reviews from landlords. All the bad reviews they come up with a stupid reason. Never never never deal with this company.

Proactive advisor who goes the extra mile to understand and work towards client's needs. Extremely responsive to every query from market research, bidding process, lease management. Willingly shares his network of other advisors.

Definitely a pro-landlord/indifferent to tenants management company. As a tenant, it is nearly impossible to contact the office. At any time of day. Even in an emergency. If you do get through to the office, you'll be told to email your issue or query as nothing can be done unless you send an email through, even if you already have. However, I would only call in an emergency. If something can be fixed through an email, I'd send an email. Three people trying for days to contact the office, got nothing. Customer service? We were without hot water in our house for months, constantly being told it's a maintenance problem or a communication problem. Then we were left without a washing machine in our house, again for months. If it was my friends and I living here that wouldn't be too much of a problem, we have very young children in our house, so it is. And now there has been no running water in our house for 5 days. Throughout these horrible times, there was zero initiative or drive from the management company to communicate with us and to see if we were OK or if anything had been done. I normally would never do this sort of thing however when I read the reviews and saw how negative they were, the managements response was that they were just bad tenants. We have arrears on our account to the sum of one or two hundred euro, which we have already communicated with the office about and our rent is paid every month, yet I was sent a notice of termination. I was told yesterday someone would be calling to address our water problems, that didn't happen, but I wasn't informed that the notice of termination was up? I then receive an email at 10:30 at night, asking if we'd vacated the property, so they can start viewings. And yet again it's impossible for me to talk to anyone, as they don't answer the phone. While there is still no water in our house. The guys who work in the office are very professional. That is not the issue, the issue is that they have never shown me, or my family, any sort of basic respect or compassion when the property we pay them for, doesn't fit it's basic descriptions. If you are planning to rent with westcourt, then be prepared to fix your own, rented, house.
