We found Homesure to be very effective, timely, and thorough in the pre-purchase survey that was completed, with clear guidance on what was recommended to be followed up prior to the close of sale. In addition, the cost was reasonable compared to other vendors.<br>A small enhancement would be a basic comment on the electrical system, understanding that the surveyor is not an expert; i.e. a brief statement about the system and whether it looks to be very dated or fairly recent.
