I cannot recommend Kennedy & Associates highly enough and in particular, Pat Gillooly who completed a Building Survey report for me. The report was comprehensive and thorough, and allowed me to make a fully informed decision on whether or not to go ahead with the purchase of the property. Based on a clear understanding of what I’d be taking on, I decided not to purchase the property and I am confident that Pat’s expertise has saved me time, money, and a lot of headaches. Lastly, for anybody reading this who is Sale Agreed on a property, I can’t emphasise enough how important it is to get it properly surveyed before going ahead with the sale.
