He was polite and helpful in explaining his findings and we had our full written report within 48hours.<br>This is our second time using PHCLtd and despite them being on the expensive side we can't recommend them highly enough.<br>One disappointment: there is an additional charge for a boundary survey, this had been included the first time we used them (10 yrs ago), the survey is expensive enough without having to pay for that, we had to opt out of it this time as the survey already cost double what we paid last time despite the loyalty discount of 10%.
Was worth every penny. Very thurough report and loved the fact that I was contacted by them while yhey were at the property. Any concerns I raised was considered in the report and excellent human customer service. You might think it is expensive, but have not had as good service from any other company and have used several. Thanks very much guys
