Susie was fantastic - as a tenant she was very responsive at essentially any hour of the day/night, was quick on maintenance requests. Ultimately I had to leave the apartment early to return to the uS - Susie worked very hard to ensure a new tenant was found to minimize my move out costs and really went above and beyond!
I engaged Bespoke in the sale of a property and found Maria a 'on the button' agent. She followed up in every instance and never did I feel at a loss to what's going on. Unprofessional.On a Saturday morning to got the invite to view a property on request of Gemma. Gemma was clearly told the week previous that we have a small dog however still invited us to view the property we drove about 50 minutes to. Gemma then mailed me again while enroute and when we'd just arrived to tell me dogs were not allowed. I could have been told this days previous before rushing from dublin to wicklow to view a property that seemed already agreed to be let to someone else. This review is in the hope other people dont have their time wasted and get treated like me on the day a viewing is organised. We turned down your "follow up" offer on the SAME property becsuse we dont TRUST you after refusing us first time round
