I recently sold my apartment in Dublin 8 with Brock Delappe. I found them to be efficient, courteous and professional. Seán, my estate agent, was knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to deal with. The sale's process was handled very well by both agents and office staff. And if needed, back up staff, such as cleaners and painters, were excellent.

I acquired a property approximately a year ago. The service and communication I received were exceptional, truly deserving of a five-star rating. Prior to the sale, I made multiple inquiries to both the agent and the builder regarding the future ownership of the adjacent property, specifically whether it would be sold privately or to the city council. I was informed that it would be a private sale. However, it has since come to my attention that the city council has, in fact, purchased it. This situation is quite concerning for diligent taxpayers who are managing significant mortgage payments, only to find themselves residing next to council tenants.

Brilliant and efficient, both in sales and lettings. I have been using them for a number of years now and cannot recommend them enough.
