They are a very polished estate agents, who have agents for each step of the sale. Sean McKeogh gave great advice and was always at the end of the phone. Chelsey Blenhein was very helpful as the offers came in and they have an app that's notifies you of offers 24/7. Recommend them highly.
Brock Delappe manages the property for me. When the previous tenants returned to France we needed to re-let the property. There were a few minor items to be sorted in the house to get it ready for rental. They took care of all of that and found two great tenants in a very short space of time. The whole team were great and I would highly recommend Brock Delappe.
Have used Brock Delappe to sell two seperate properties for me in Dublin 8 in the last few years. They are excellent estate agents and are very professional and responsive. They know the Dublin 8 market and surrounding areas exceptionally well and their strategy on pricing is always spot on. I achieved a much higher sale price on both of my properties than I was expecting.
Having bought an apartment through Brock Delappe I can say that Sean, Chelsey and the team are very professional, responsive and very knowledgeable of the Dublin 8 market. I would recommend them.
Super efficient, they solve any issues tenant has quickly and at low cost, highly recommend
Horrible service, they retained my deposit for a month after I had left the property I was renting and it wasn't until I had to chase them for weeks that hey paid it back. If you can try to stay away from this company that takes advantage of the horrible housing market of Dublin
I recommend Brock Delappe without hesitation. Totally professional and excellent customer support. Excellent results.
Sean and Megan were fantastic to work with when we were selling our house. They made the process very smooth for us, a really positive experience. I highly recommend the team - thank you!
I recently sold my apartment in Dublin 8 with Brock Delappe. I found them to be efficient, courteous and professional. Seán, my estate agent, was knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to deal with. The sale's process was handled very well by both agents and office staff. And if needed, back up staff, such as cleaners and painters, were excellent.
