The team at Brock Delappe were fantastic to deal with. We recently sold our house but rented it first, also with Brock Delappe, and both experiences were great. Communication was prompt and clear and, when selling, we really liked their online bidding platform. It allows buyers to make bids directly without a phone call and gives the usually opaque process much more transparency. We would hire them again.
