Once Ed and his team took over, they took care of everything: rents, repairs, difficult tenants, background checks, RTB registrations, etc. Ed would also ring me from time to time, just to see how I was doing. He and his team are pro-active problem solvers. They alerted me when any issues arose, made recommendations, listened to my concerns, and always left final decisions to me. Then each month, they sent out a full account of everything: rents, invoices, and AOB for my records. The vibe of any business comes from the top. Through the years, I always found Ed and his team to be friendly, caring, and personable in their dealings with me. You can pay for a professional service from many places, but the human touch on top of that is something you can’t buy.
