We have rented an apartment through Olivers with Jill Kavanagh as the agent. We had the most wonderful experience with Jill, her communication style was fair and transparent from start to finish. She was very helpful at the beginning, which was highly appreciated especially for us as expats moving to Dublin for the first time. She was equally helpful when we were moving out and handing over the apartment. We can only recommend Jill!
I dealt with Jill Kavanagh as a purchaser and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Buying a home is stressful, but she was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. Her human approach and excellent communication made the process much easier and helped keep everything moving smoothly.
I rented a property managed by Olivers Estate Agents. I lived there almost 10 years. The management made a great work, Jill, and Linda were quick to respond and to address any issue.
We have had a fantastic experience working with Michelle at Oliver Estate Agents. She has been overseeing all of the recent upgrades to our property, including painting, furniture deliveries and general preparation, and throughout the entire process she has been incredibly friendly, professional, responsive and helpful. Nothing has been too much trouble, and she has made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well managed. It is very clear that she genuinely cares about both the property and her clients. We are also looking forward to continuing to work with her as she helps us find the right tenants for the property. I would highly recommend both Michelle and her team at Oliver Estate Agents.
Highly recommend Olivers Estate Agents and Michelle, she has been managing our property for a few years and always been so friendly and approachable. No query is too small and always quick to respond. thanks, Michelle, for all you do!
Good experience with Olivers as tenants. They haven't been noisy as other agents and have been very respectful of our time and professional.
Oliver’s Estate Agents have been excellent at looking after my property and tenants for several years. As I no longer live in Dublin, their attention to detail and interaction with me is very reassuring.
Absolutely fantastic agency. I will miss the professionalism and amazing help from Michelle and Linda over the years. I wouldn't hesitate to be in a property they help lease in the future. Luke.
We had a great experience of being tenants at one of Oliver Estate Agents properties, and especially with our contact there Jill. All communications with Jill were dealth with immediately and in a very professional manner. By far the positive experience we had with an estate agent to date. We would very much recommend Jill and her team to anyone looking for an estate agent to rent or sell a property.
