Swiftly uses a more up-to-date and modern business model compared to standard estate agents for selling your house, saving you thousands of euro in the process. It's much better than forking out them much needed funds to estate agents for pretty much the same service. Great service, but less cost to me!
We are in the process of selling our house and it is a very professional service and really great dealing with Stephen. The fee and great flexibility is a great factor as well as the possibility to have full transparency on meeting the buyers.
With an industry that is very much overpriced and in desperate need of a complete change, Swiftly is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend. Don't be put off by carrying out viewings yourself. You know your property better than any agent.

Recently purchased a house through Swiftly and as a buyer the process was very easy and transparent. Being able to see current bids and where you stood made things less stressful which is a contrast to other processes. We were also able to meet with the seller directly during the viewing which was more personal and gave me a better sense of the property than I would have with an estate agent. Swiftly and Stephen were also very easy to reach and there were no unnecessary delays, and would definitely recommend working with Swiftly!
