I would not recommend Young’s Estate Agents based on my experience attempting to purchase an apartment in Dublin. From the beginning, communication with Jane was poor; coming across as superior and was generally difficult to work with. The most concerning part of the process was the constant pressure to sign contracts using the excuse that the vendor was "anxious," even while critical structural issues were being uncovered. After finding critical damage, the agency's response was dismissive. They characterized a potentially serious dampness issue as an "easy fix" but failed to provide the contractor's report or a cost breakdown to back up these claims. The agency provided nothing but "gibberish" and empty promises in response to my queries. It felt incredibly sketchy, and it seemed they were fully aware of these problems while trying to rush the sale. After receiving no clear answers for several days, we had to pull back from the purchase. Extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity, would not recommend.

All issues that popped up were addressed quickly and efficiently.
