We were delighted with the service provided by Young’s when we sold our house last year. We found Michael very dedicated, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Before the sale he provided lots of helpful advice and recommendations. When it came to managing viewings and offers we found him very efficient and we were very pleased with the outcome. I would not recommend Young’s Estate Agents based on my experience attempting to purchase an apartment in Dublin. From the beginning, communication with Jane was poor; coming across as superior and was generally difficult to work with. The most concerning part of the process was the constant pressure to sign contracts using the excuse that the vendor was "anxious," even while critical structural issues were being uncovered. After finding critical damage, the agency's response was dismissive. They characterized a potentially serious dampness issue as an "easy fix" but failed to provide the contractor's report or a cost breakdown to back up these claims. The agency provided nothing but "gibberish" and empty promises in response to my queries. It felt incredibly sketchy, and it seemed they were fully aware of these problems while trying to rush the sale. After receiving no clear answers for several days, we had to pull back from the purchase. Extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity, would not recommend.

We recently sold a house in Ranelagh via Youngs Estate Agents. For a number of years we had rented it out and Deirdre looked after us brilliantly as our property management and letting agent. All issues that popped up were addressed quickly and efficiently. Incredibly non client centered bad service. They are currently selling a property in 3 Rehoboth Court, South City Centre, Dublin 8. I wanted to view it using a video call as I'm not in Dublin. We are very interested and cash buyers. Michael is refusing, claiming he's too busy whilst in the property and between viewings to facilitate a 'short 5 to 10 minute call. It is not fair to ask friends to take the responsibility of a viewing for a €250 K plus purchase . have been following up with him for two weeks and he said he's made his position clear and is too busy to assist. How is this representing the selle. I wouldn't retain an estate agent who acted like this.

I found Michael such a pleasure to deal with during the purchase of a home on behalf of a client. He was extremely helpful in sorting out some challenges that occurred post sale agreed, communicated excellently and maintained his professionalism at all times.
