From the minute I contacted the firm based on my friends recommendation. I was sale agreed and Paul encouraged to go speak with neighbours not be shy and we ended up pulling out and found a better place in same area. I loved that the communication was via email and we only had to go to office once to sign contracts. Sarah has great attention to detail which resulted in finding typo in registry etc for the second hand home and even sellers were surprised how their solicitor didn’t find it and was sold that way.
