The Irish home purchasing process can be _extremely_ slow and arduous, so having someone in your camp that follows up and keeps the process moving was a real comfort throughout. Even when responding for an initial quote, Shea gave more detail than other solicitors in what to expect with the home-purchasing process.<br><br>Shea asked the probing questions (that we certainly hadn't been considering) that ultimately led us to (with relief in hindsight) walk away from one deal at the sale agreed stage.
