Rens Removals

I've used the services of Rens Removals twice in recent months. The first move was to relocate from Galway to Dublin and most recently was to move houses within Dublin. Both times the service was faultless. Meg is great to deal with, super organised and transparent about extra costs etc. Regarding cost, their rates were more competitive than other moving companies I contacted. Then on both moving days the teams were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Paul (x2) and Darren were super efficient and made light work of what would have taken us hours and multiple trips. They were also just good craic which takes the sting out of what can be a stressful time. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience of our removal from Dublin to Waterford. Everything stored for over a week as required. Meg was very helpful and we're better value than most. The two Pauls who did all the removals were brilliant, friendly and helpful and listened to what we wanted. They took the stress out of the moving process. Even installed the washing machine and tumble drier which I didn't expect. Highly recommend Rens for moving house.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company! My furniture is large and heavy, and the hallway was quite narrow, but Paul and his colleagues handled everything with great skill and care. They were professional, efficient, and very careful not to cause any damage! Also a big thank you Meg for her excellent communication and support throughout the process

We booked rens at short notice to move us out on a Good Friday. The lads, Paul and Gerry were absolutely superb. They were very quick and efficient, careful and friendly in their approach and had every room of the house meticulously moved. Thanks for the service, would highly recommend anyone looking for an efficient mover.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I used their packing service on the 14th November and their moving service on the 15th. I was specific about what I needed packed and wrapped especially velvet beds. The packers arrived and told my husband they were too heavy to wrap and that the movers would do it. The movers told my husband the packers should have wrapped them. When I rang and got on to Megan in the office I suggested that they use the nesta wrapping but by no means should they be put in storage without being wrapped. Went to the storage yesterday and sure enough they were stacked on top of eachother unwrapped. Also custom made chairs stacked on a lawn mower?? No care is taken with your items. When I sent an email I was fobbed off again, Meg suggested my husband said not to wrap (LIES)!!! Even though I said this in the initial quoting phase the packing phase and the moving phase! I got charged more for packing stuff that didn’t need to be packed that I ended up unpacking myself. The communications between employees is clearly at an all time low and they don’t seem to care. Only care about money! I am not usually a keyboard warrior but I want to save other people from the stress I’ve been through over the last few days! Avoid at all costs and use a more reputable removals company.
