Prompt, efficient, and very friendly installation engineer John who took the time to tailor / programme and explain the system to our specific requirements.
I couldn't speak highly enough of Securigard Alarms. I contacted them at lunch time regarding a low battery alert. To my surprise and delight Peter arrived a few hours later. He sorted out the battery and serviced the alarm in a very efficient manner. Securigards after sales service is very impressive. M. Byrne
I've never experienced worse customer service in my life. I tried to contact Securigard for new sales a number of times and I was told that I was “pig ignorant” for wanting a phone call to discuss the details. I've never written a negative google review in my life. But I'm speechless as to what happened. From the start of the call the man began abusing me and hung up the phone. Going with a competitor is the easiest decision I’ll make.
Just to update a previous 5 star review. I've had a couple of issues since my original install a couple of years ago, neither of which were down to problems with the alarm system (related to an electrician moving the panel and then separately me drilling near it). Both times Peter replied quickly to texts and talked me through what I needed to do to resolve. Great service both times. 5 stars again!
*Edit: Read 1 star reviews first!* Needed a battery replacement after 4 years (which is fair). Received the call out today and was charged €204 to replace the battery which took 5 minutes. The technician did not wear a mask and was not very pleasant to deal with. He also just left the old battery here. *Edit* After posting this review I was shocked to receive a text from this company saying ‘Do not contact us again regarding any matter’. I then read they’re response below. Having now read other 1star reviews there is a very clear trend. I did not fault your product in my review, I faulted your service and pricing. Surely wearing a mask into someone’s home and being friendly is a reasonable expectation? The battery also says it is rechargeable so for the sake of the environment should you not take this away to be reused? When I was told the price I assumed it was a big job not one that took less than 5 minutes. Stat clear if you value customer service and value for money! *Edit* You still refuse to address the issues I’ve raised. Prospective customers please see photo of the juvenile and abrasive correspondence you can expect from this company.
