I had a very positive experience with Conspect for the snagging inspection of my new-build home in Athlone. Their initial inspection was extremely thorough and identified 89 snagging items, including several important issues that I would not have been comfortable overlooking, such as uneven floors, problems with doors and windows, and heating/electrical issues. What impressed me most was the level of detail in the report. Everything was clearly documented, which made it much easier for me to raise the issues with the builder and keep track of what needed to be rectified. I also used Conspect for the re-snag inspection, and again they carefully checked the outstanding items rather than simply assuming everything had been completed. This was particularly valuable as some significant issues were still unresolved at that stage. Overall, I found Conspect to be professional, thorough and dependable. Their inspection gave me much greater confidence before completing the purchase of my new home. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend Conspect to anyone buying a new-build property and looking for a detailed and independent snagging inspection.
