I had an issue with subsidence affecting a terraced townhouse. I consulted PKT and Kevin performed a survey, recommended and priced a solution, acquired a builder and managed the whole corrective process. I was very impressed and reassured with how he dealt with the owners of the neighbouring properties, reassuring them and dealing with any queries they had. He also conducted pre and post work surveys on my, and their, properties to ensure that there were no consequences to them of the corrective works.<br><br>A very complete and professional service.
