Classic Window Replacements

I had windows and a door replaced by Classic Window Replacement a few weeks ago and I have to say their service was wonderful. I dealt with Karl and at no point was he pushy or did I feel he was trying to sell me something I did not want. From ordering to delivery it was roughly 5 weeks. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to others.

Classic Window Replacements do not need my review. Their many others before mine speak volumes, but I am compelled to add my own. I am delighted to join the echo in singing their praise. Classic Window Replacements provided a seamless, ‘above-and-beyond’ service throughout, smooth install and super end-result. Photos of new windows illustrate their excellence in product but these reviews will attest to their quality of service and value beyond any cost consideration. From the first moment I dropped-in to visit their Goatstown showroom, no question of mine was too silly or small. I was invited to ask anything and met with patience and clear response by Karl. At no stage did I feel under pressure to place an order, which gave me time and space to consider my home’s needs and design options. Each visit or email contact thereafter was met with similar professionalism and prompt reply by Aaron and Ian. The trio! Choosing Classic as my contractor became a no-brainer and we worked together on my order timeline. I would like to mention that as a solo purchaser, I especially felt the support, input and abundant reassurance of the Classic Window Replacement team, which meant the world, and which I hadn’t found in other showrooms/other providers. The installation of my new triple glazed windows and back door was planned within the promised timeline and went ahead as scheduled. The Classic Team were in touch the day beforehand for any last minute details and reassurances. On install day, John and Mick arrived punctually (early!) and carried out works in my small space with similar warmth and apparent ease. I was and still am amazed at how clean and tidy my home was throughout the day’s install and when the guys left. If there hadn’t been such visible transformation to my home, you’d genuinely never know that tradespeople were in at all!! A rare reality! This meant that I could simply sit down and enjoy my cosier home haven straight away, not needing to do a second clean, or even find a spec of dust! I am so pleased. If you are hesitating on a windows/door order, hesitate only because of your own resources and timeline. Save yourself bother and hesitate no further in your provider search: choose Classic Window Replacements- simple! You can thank the army of us who already did later on! Míle buíochas, guys!

The highest levels of service and standards from beginning to end. With my consultation Ian talked through all the options and explained everything so clearly to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. And the installation itself was to the highest standard. They were professional and punctual throughout. I would highly recommend they to anyone looking to have doors and/or windows replaced.

We recently had triple glazed windows and new door installed by Classic and are absolutely delighted with the result. The sales team were very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Brian and Peter did the installation and were fantastic. Despite the horrific weather, they got the job done as per the plan, were conscientious and very helpful throughout.
