UPVC Window Repairs

Alfie is a top man. I messaged him in the middle of the night that I need a new double glazed unit and he replied 05:26am with all the info I needed. 2 days later new glass is fitted and I'm all sorted. I contacted Alfie Friday evening on his WhatsApp number, replied same evening, reviewed photos and gave quote, came Monday morning and repaired faulty window quickly, very professional and extremely fast turn around. A+ would absolutely recommend him again and will be saving his number.

I had a jammed pvc window, I called Alfie on a Friday and was out to me Monday morning. Did a great job and I even got some tips to stop it happening again.

Alfie called out as promised to assess the job. I presumed the lock needed to be changed but thankfully, it just needed oiling which he did. The paint on the door handle was peeling but the handle he brought wasn't suitable sizewise. He will search to find a similar handle but also suggested respraying the handle as it is otherwise perfect. I hadn't thought of this option. He didn't charge me for the callout which was very decent. I would definitely recommend Alfie for his genuine and honest approach and will use his service again in the future.

Alfie repaired hinges on the openings of the windows in our house making the windows as good as new and the house much warmer. Alfie also returned to replace two panes of glass in a broken garage window. Alfie is reliable and friendly and completely up front about costs. Alfie came and assessed the problems we had with draughty kitchen and french doors, window issues including gaps and handle issues. Quote was very prompt and competitive.
