Andrew's services were super helpful, efficient and fairly priced. He himself is an absolute gentleman, and clearly passionate about what he does. When my dishwasher stopped working Andrew diagnosed the problem over the phone and with photos on WhatsApp at no extra cost, ordered the part that he thought needed replacing in advance and brought it with him to the house to avoid double the callout fee if his guess was right. He was right on the money with regard to what the problem was, replaced the broken part the same day and had the dishwasher working again in under 20 minutes. He charged me exactly the cost of the part and the callout fee and not a penny more. I would absolutely reccomend Andrew if you're in the Galway area and have any appliance problems and would 100% avail of his services again myself without hesitation.

Had a good experience with them in the past, but the last 2 times I needed an appliance repair they did not pick up their phone (3 months ago and today). When I call the phone number it immediately disconnects. If you don't take on any clients, at least post that on your website!
I would highly recommend Andrew for all appliance repairs. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and efficient and has many years of experience in this field which is immediately evident. He responded promptly and patiently to my queries and fitted me into his very busy schedule. He had the problem with my 10 year old washing machine diagnosed even before he arrived and was no length repairing it and at a very reasonable and transparent cost. He double-checked everything was working properly before he left, even waiting for machine to complete full cyclea I have had many, many appliance repair technicians call here over 40 years and Andrew is the best I have met. He is also an extremely nice and personable guy, cheerful even at 6pm on a busy day with 4 more calls to complete! Thanks a million, Andrew!
