So our oven decides to go "bang" on Christmas eve. Gave these lads a call and even though they were closed they opened the shop and looked after us. You wouldn't get customer service like that from any of the big stores. Not enough stars here for them here. I would heartily recommend anyone to deal with them. Thanks so much.

Disappointing Experience with this company I purchased this machine earlier this year, but unfortunately, it has been a major disappointment. From the start, it made excessive noise during the spin cycle, which only got worse over time. Eventually, the machine collapsed from underneath, rendering it unusable. As whatever snapped in half is clearly to weight down the machine so it doesn’t move while in use. When I reached out for support, I was told there was nothing that could be done, which I find unacceptable given how recent the product was purchased. I expected better durability and customer service for such an investment. I would not recommend this company based on my experience, they did not outline these issues. Overall this retailer is clearly out to take advantage of people and their situations. I have never experienced such poor care or support from customer service.
