5 star rating is for the service. One of the shower trays I ordered was not delivered on time but instead of making excuses they rang around the other providers in Galway until they got what I needed. Really appreciated the effort.

I bought a duravit steam shower from bathroom world over 4 years ago. The product repeatedly caused problems. However Vincent and his team's customer service and support throughout was exceptional in resolving the issues. This is rare these days.
