Messaged him Sunday night because my shutter was broke. And I have no other way to access the building, I called him Monday morning to see if he could come by and remove it at least so I can operate. He told me to send him photos on what’s app and he will get back to me as he was busy. No response what so ever, the following morning he calls me at 8:30 because he was going to come and fix it. I was not informed that he was going to come or else I could have had someone there. I had no idea when he would be able to come out to me as he was “busy” so I had a locksmith come and remove the shutter so I can open the restaurant and access the building. When I called him back he was upset at the fact I messaged him on Sunday even though the website says 24hr service, and that I got someone else to remove the shutter so I could access my building. Totally unprofessional, if he communicated he would be with me the next morning. I could have waited for him, I wasn’t given a time frame. Could have been a couple days or a week. So did he expect me to keep my restaurant closed for all that period. I didn’t get another shutter company to come fix it. I just got someone to remove the shutter out of the box so I could open my shop until he can get around to me. Totally unprofessional, arrogant and has an attitude problem. And funnily enough the locksmith when he asked who did I call. He said the same thing. I understand your busy, but that’s not how you deal with customers, communication goes both ways. He had the audacity to call me back saying don’t call him again. Mentioning that I messaged him on Sunday, he didn’t even respond to the messages and if you don’t want to be contacted outside of office hours remove the 24hr call out button on the website.
