Excellent staff. We went to Floorstore with an accessibility driven requirement. Pat was very understanding, knowledgeable and helpful in talking us through our flooring options. We even got some added accessibility tips thrown in for free. Recommended.

I found Pat on the Galway shop very helpful in helping me choose new floors for our home, he took great care to go through my options and was very accommodating throughout the whole process.

Siobhan and her team at floorstore direct where a pleasure to deal with . She made great recommendations and helped in educating us on different styles of flooring as we’d to get a full house of flooring upstairs and down ,she highlighted those that she recommended based on our household unique needs considering we have small kids and dogs who frequently run around with toys . There install team was very respectful,professional and very quick and clean .we can’t recommend them enough our floors have got nothing but complements by everyone who sees them. We most certainly will be using them for any projects in the future.
