Excellent service from Pat and the team in Galway. When another supplier let us down we got sorted within just 5 days from ordering. We got a beautiful, quality product at a nice price. Very happy. The show room itself is lovely and the lads couldn't be more helpful.
Excellent staff. We went to Floorstore with an accessibility driven requirement. Pat was very understanding, knowledgeable and helpful in talking us through our flooring options. We even got some added accessibility tips thrown in for free. Recommended.
We had another great experience with Floorstore Direct. They were extremely informative & helpful throughout the whole process, taking the time to answer all our questions and guide us through the options to suit our taste and budget. We purchased Karndean glue-down LVT planks and herringbone this time and the quality and finish is just fantastic. Siobhan and her team at floorstore direct where a pleasure to deal with . She made great recommendations and helped in educating us on different styles of flooring as we’d to get a full house of flooring upstairs and down ,she highlighted those that she recommended based on our household unique needs considering we have small kids and dogs who frequently run around with toys . There install team was very respectful,professional and very quick and clean .we can’t recommend them enough our floors have got nothing but complements by everyone who sees them. We most certainly will be using them for any projects in the future.
