Des and Raph did great structural work our house just after Christmas, they started and finished right on target and turned up on time everyday. Des communicated with us very clearly in terms of cost and any unexpected things that cropped up with the property. We are delighted with the finished product and will definitely be calling Des again.

Des and Raphael were an absolute pleasure to deal with! They were on time, very precise and very tidy. They did exactly what we asked and we are delighted. They knocked in a wall downstairs and extended our small kitchen dining space, they added new doors, skirting, plastering and new floors that matched our current floor. They also removed a wall upstairs and created a new layout, and flooring and new doors again. They added in more sockets and lighting that were badly needed as well. Absolutely delighted with the result. He also recommended someone to install storage in the kitchen area creating a hidden utility wall and a new large wardrobe in the bedroom. Des is very good at explaining everything throughout the course of the work and he sent a detailed list of all that was needed. Would recommend 100%

From day one when we met him first to completion of the project he was always available to answer any questions. We recently used Roland Construction to create a new open plan living and dining space in our house and also re-furbish our sitting room building a new media wall. I cannot recommend their services enough. From start to finish Des was an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing was ever too much trouble. His attention to detail was evident from the very first day we met and remained consistent throughout every element of our project. All of the subs he had on the job were also a pleasure to deal with and always so considerate. We could not be happier with our new living spaces and will certainly be using Des for any future works that may arise!
