Just recently signed up mostly because longer working hours then my previous gym. But what can I say from my first visit the biggest straight is very large selection of machines which is most important part for me. I recommend.

Goals gym has a fantastic array of equipment. It’s spacious and always feels like there’s plenty of space and access to equipment for everyone. The staff are really friendly. I did a 4- week personal training course with Katie recently (once a week). I had never lifted weights before and she introduced me to a whole range of exercises in a supportive and friendly way. I’m 75 and have a bit of history of physical problems. Katie was very careful but encouraged me to do as much as possible. I can fully recommend the gym and Katie .
This gym is perfect, it's small enough where you don't feel overwhelmed but big enough to have all the major machines and weights needed. It's really clean, there's cleaning materials dotted around so you can clean each machine after using too. They really have everything you need, it's a really put together gym, the weights area is stacked and if cardio is your thing, there is lots of options too.The staff are great, always willing to help you out and make you feel comfortable as soon as you get in the door. I chose PT sessions with one of the staff for a few months which helped me massively understand my goals and how to accomplish them. Would recommend this gym to anyone, I've been going on and off since it opened and I love every minute!
