We bought a house in Maigh Cuilinn that had a gas boiler installed and serviced by Joe Clancy. We tried multiple times to get Joe in Nutherm to come and service the boiler when we moved in but he kept ignoring us. The boiler has to be removed now for safety reasons at the cost of thousands of euro.
We have been a customer of Nutherm Galway since 2007. During that time, we have enjoyed a really warm and comfortable home and have always been really well looked after by the Nutherm Galway Team, whenever we needed any help. We recently had our Heatpump upgraded and Nutherm Galway's quality of work during the installation and support has been second to none.

This company installed a machine with us in 2010 which they didn't know how to use and they have basically left us completely in the lurch. I would think twice at least before going with them.
