2.5 years in a new build with a heating system supplied by, commissioned by, and last worked on by a Unitherm "engineer" and has not worked since day 1. Two winters of breakdowns for 5 weeks and 7 weeks respectively with newborn babies in the house and having to resort to buying an auxiliary heater. No response/action on service/breakdown requests. Unitherm eventually admitted defeat and decided to give an over the phone diagnosis of "it's an electrical or plumbing fault, go back to your builder". Nope, definitely not their problem. All I know is, it's not mine.

Unitherm Heating Systems designed and supplied my underfloor heating system some sixteen years ago. They were very professional and approachable at the time. Recently I was having trouble trying to locate a plumber to service my system and Google was not providing any useful contacts. Unitherm went out of their way to provide me with a number of plumbers' contact details in my location. Good customer service!

I had a water pressure issue which I emailed the team about, as the manual instructions weren’t working. Derek came back to me within an hour I would say; sent me photos and screenshots of what I needed to do, and continued to email long after office hours until we had figured out what the issue was. He was so helpful and professional. I’ve never had such great technical customer support- he really went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
