From first phone call with office and then with technician i found these guys extremely professional. Having a rat problem isn't a nice thing. The technician was excellent and put me at ease straight away. He inspected my drains at front and back of house and found evidence of activity in my drain and recommended a drain survey. The drain guys came out and done a survey fixed a hole and fitted a rat flap.. I've had no issues since. Highly recommend these guys.
