Galway Pest Services

Highly recommend! My children spotted a wasps' nest right outside our front door, I called Ian on Saturday Evening and even though he was out of town he took my call and arrived first thing Monday morning to handle it. He was thoroughly professional, using all the safety precautions, making sure I kept our dog away from the front of the house and completely resolved the issue. Exceptional service! Thanks Ian

Please don’t waste your time contacting this person. We just got a cancellation from him last minute all because he said I was demanding and asking us who was going to pay him when I had already told him the landlord would over the phone yesterday. I have a two year old who is sleeping in a room where ants have a nest and yesterday Friday I couldn’t find anyone to come in for today as an urgency, this person assured me he would come over the phone and also asked who was going to pay him and I told him the landlord would. I kept telling him how urgent this was because of my son, and he sounded as if he understood. When I called he didn’t sound sure he would even arrive at 1 so today I sent him a text asking if it’s okay for him to come at 2 because my son is napping at 1. He said yes, if this was a problem he could have easily said no, please see picture attached of convo. Not only is this person very unprofessional he is also extremely unreliable. We had made plans to go to Dublin today and cancelled everything because this person assured us he would come today. People like this should not get into services where they have to work with people they obviously have no knowledge on what basic customer service entails.

Excellent service provided. Ian is extremely professional and thorough. Tries to get to you as soon as possible and will come back for follow ups if needed. Highly recommend
