Rory and every one one of his workers went above and beyond to ensure my plumbing needs were met to the highest of standards. My leak started late on a Friday evening, and was still sorted immediately. Really decent people, with the best of expertise. Excellent value for all the work that was done. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Rory and his team. I would highly recommend.
Lads, safest choice I've made. Had a great experience with this plumber, highly recommend. Came out quickly to deal with a leak that was getting out of hand. Really easy to deal with from start to finish. What really stood out was that they stayed a lot longer than I expected to make sure the job was done carefully, and I was dreadin a much bigger bill than I got. They were just super fair and clearly wanted to make sure the job was done right before rushing off to the next job. I’ve gone through a few plumbers before and finding reliable tradespeople can be hard sometimes, but these lads were trustworthy and clearly take pride in their work. No wonder they’ve got five stars here already. Would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber.
I reached out to Rory to check an issue with the water pump. He found a way to make himself available in between pre-booked customers and gave me a report of what was happening and all the contacts needed to fix the problem. I strongly recommend the company.
Was having issues with a leaking and vibrating kitchen tap. Sent a video to Rory who diagnosed the problem from the video, and came round that day to fix it.
