I live in a townhouse and had to reach out my window to clean my kitchen window myself up a height and drop of 10 meters. This was after I asked Sean directly face to face can the company send someone to wash them? I sent an email after this but it was ignored. So I took the risk and did it myself. Anything we ask for is a big deal. These guys just can’t seem to solve a problem. They say one thing and take no action. I’m disappointed in this company!
By far this is the worst company we have had dealings with in our quest to buying a property. They sent 18 emails in 10 days pushing the bidding on a property, and then set a deadline to close. We worked around their deadline. Unfortunately we weren't available to participate in bidding after their deadline had passed, as we had other engagements. Other than the fact that they accepted bids after their imposed deadline, we are none the wiser of what actually happened. They have gone complete radio silence on us, and ignored my last email. They haven't told us 1. If the bidding is finished 2. If the offer was accepted. 3. Thank you for your time At the end of the day we are the underbidders, if the sale doesn't work out, are we not the party that you'd be contacting to see are we still interested? I don't know if it's ignorance or arrogance on their part, but either way you don't threat people like this, it's highly unprofessional and leaves a very bad impression of the company.
Worst property management agency ever! They will only communicate with you when they need something, you wont hear from them otherwise. And when they do want something from you they will bully and threaten to kick you out until they get what they want. Trying to get repairs to do anything is like trying to get blood from a turnip. I've a sizzling socket for the past 10 months.... The only reason bullys like this exist is because private rental properties are so poorly managed in this country. I'm sure if we keep complaining to the RTB they will have to do something at some stage though.......
If zero stars could be an option... One of the most unprofessional property management offices I had the complete displeasure in dealing with. Staff were completely rude and arrogant and did not deal with issues in a timely manner. We had no heating for months black mould and a huge leak in our ceiling causing structural damage. No screening on housemates was done by the company either and huge turn-over rates. Mushrooms were growing inside the property and a plate was put under a bathtub which was their plumbers solution to fixing a leak. Boiler had to be replaced and still no luck in heating the property. No proper communication within galway property management took place. We had complained multiple times. They would respond in unprofessional times of the night when it suited them or else would take ages to respond. I do not recommend at all. They are horrible to deal with and caused a huge amount of stress.
really bad agency.... for both tenant and landlord. I'm a tenant, today I spoke to my landlord and he's angrier with these scammers than I am. they don't respond to any form of communication, with me or my landlord. they will send you emails and hunt you down if you dont respond, but they never reply to messages sent. I don't think the "repair" email address is even monitored.... if you get to speak to someone in repairs on the phone be prepared for hostility, even if you're not making a complaint, she's just nasty, clearly hates her job. they also gave the keys to my apartment to a random stranger and I still have not figured out why. I live on my own and woke up one day to a middle aged man walking into my bedroom.... terrifying. to this day they say I approved it in writing, but I'm 100% sure I didn't. I've now made a complaint to threshold about the agency because I know there is a general issue here and I'm not the only one being treated so poorly
