Ocean Property Management

I’ve rented an apartment from Conor/OPM for around three years and have had a very positive experience throughout. He has always been friendly, respectful, professional, approachable and fair. Communication has consistently been open and honest, and whenever I’ve had a query, he has responded promptly and been helpful where possible. He also respects privacy and gives you the space to feel that the property is genuinely your home. The apartment has been well maintained, comfortable, safe and in a good location, and I’ve never had any significant issues during my tenancy. Any questions or concerns I did raise were dealt with quickly and professionally. I would happily recommend him as a landlord, particularly for his professionalism, reliability and straightforward communication.

I had a great experience with Conor, the estate agent from ocean property. He guided me through the entire process and made everything as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Conor was always professional, supportive, and quick to respond. He kept in regular contact with us and the vendor, ensuring everything progressed smoothly. His proactive follow-ups and excellent communication helped keep things moving and made the whole experience much easier. What stood out most was how genuine and approachable he was throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Conor to anyone looking for buying a property.

We had an amazing experience renting through Ocean Property Management. From the very beginning, the landlord was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Me and my partner stayed in one of their properties in Kerry, and everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and any questions we had were answered quickly. They really made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We would happily rent through them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for accommodation!

I rented an apartment through Ocean Properties for 4 years and had an excellent experience throughout. The property was well maintained, and I never had any issues during my tenancy. Any time I needed assistance, I dealt with Conor Egan, who was always helpful, responsive, and professional. He addressed everything quickly and efficiently. Overall, I have no complaints and would highly recommend Ocean Properties.
