I sold my house through Auctioneera. It took just under 3 months from going on the market to close of Sale. Glenn was my agent & he was brilliant. Professional , personable & an excellent communicator, He got me the best price for my house & handled viewings with minimum disruption & maximum transparancy while also saving me a substantial amount of money in fees. A professional photographer was included in fee & I was very happy with her photos. I was able to see what was happening with the sale online at all times & any queries I had were answered promptly by the excellent Auctioneera support team. I would highly recommend Auctioneera if You are thinking of buying or selling a house & I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I sold recently in Galway and Auctioneera offered an excellent service from start to finish. Not being based in Galway myself, I was worried that it might be hard to stay on top of everything but I had no need to worry. The online dashboard is great and lets you see exactly what's happening at all the various stages of the selling process. Being able to arrange my BER through Auctioneera was also really useful and took the hassle out of it. In terms of the staff, again I could not fault them. Emails were responded to on the same day generally and there wasn't any stage where I needed to chase them up on anything. Little touches too, like giving you a picture of the "For Sale" sign being installed and removed, were nice to have, especially as I wasn't based in Galway. And, the cherry on top, the flat fee meant that I made a significant saving when compared to the standard Estate Agent fees model. Excellent service.

We have used Auctioneera to sell our house and i can say They are a class. Customer service excellent. They answer their phones They reply to your emails. No hidden fees. We found them very friendly There fees are a lot cheaper than all of their competitors They maybe cheapest but IMO they are the best. Thanks team it was a pleasure to do business with your team.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Auctioneera for the sale of a property in Cork and it’s been a wonderful experience throughout. You really feel in control, having access to a great dashboard to track you visits, offers, etc…They are also a pleasure to deal with and very responsive/professional. Additionally, their fixed fee is a no brainer, you get so much value for the price. I would highly recommend to anybody looking to sell/buy a property!

I am particularly impressed with the transparency of the whole buying and selling process. I like that I get to see all the bids, so I know exactly where we are at, at any given stage. We were kept informed and updated throughout. There was a beginning, and an end to the whole process, so it didn't drag on. To me, this is a unique and new innovative way of buying and selling property. It appears professional, transparent, clear and concise. I particularly love that I don't have to keep contacting the Estate Agent, looking for an update, or information, or to find the property has gone "Sale Agreed", without being informed, as the previous bidder, etc. This appears to be a more cohesive way of buying and selling.
