Called many times, every time reassured that someone will call us back with information, yet it never happened. Just say that the place is taken or that you can't give additional information instead of keeping the clients uncertain and waiting for a phone call. Also the office doesn't seem to exist at the given address. It's not on the list of all offices in that building and noone seems to be aware of such an office there.
This past experience dealing with Liam Farragher met and exceeded the standard of excellence. If other Auctioneers took his example, it would make things much easier and better. Liam is professional, experienced, truthful, transparent and a good communicator, if Liam does not have the answer he will find out and get back within immediately, by the way he always answers his phone.
