The planning skills of this friendly business are uncomparible. I‘ve never experienced those services what Letslet offers. I‘m really satisfied!
My daughter wrote 5 e-mails, without a single reply. then she had the gall to phone them up. Some potatohead who probably had three beers before breakfast, started verbally abusing her for calling about an apartment. This guy oviously grew up in a sheep shed with no manners. This was a potential client calling and was treated like trash. One of Galway´s main (maybe only) source of income are national and international students who have to pay for overpriced accomodations. Bozos like that coward working for rental agencies are a disgrace to Galway and Ireland. If you don´t answer e-mails or the phone, how do you conduct business? Oviously your friendly staffer didn´t tell his name, but as the review before mine clearly shows, there seems to be a problem with staffers conduct. Thankfully there are other agencies in Galway and the market tends to cleanse itself of the black sheep.
I have only two experiences with this agent and the guys who picked up the phone were extremely rude and disrespectful, they told me they are so full and busy and just hanged up the phone. What is these kind of business????
Hi Alan and Mounika , It gives me immense pleasure to be associated with a genuine and supportive letting agent as yourself. We were too new to Ireland and you were the one who trusted us and rented the apartment. We feel lucky enough to have rented the apartment from your agency and nowhere else. As it was so close to all our children's schools, doctor and the city centre. Apart from renting the apartment, you have given us full support for our entire tenancy period over 5+ years. Having said that the apartment was given with pristine conditions and any we didn’t have any major concerns with the apartment throughout our stay period. There were couple of minors ones, but addressed immediately with priority and without any hassle. It was a tough decision to move out from the apartment, but our children have grown up which made us to make a move. We hope that we had been a good tenant throughout. we would like to take this opportunity thank you for all your support during our tenancy period. In this pandemic, where the world is witnessing the worst of times, we still have a few genuine people who genuinely care to make a difference. Keep it up and wishing you all the best. Regards Senthil
