Throughout every interaction, he was consistently professional and friendly, transparent and communicative, which really helped build trust. During the earlier (unsuccessful) bidding processes, he kept me well informed with regular and timely updates. When I was finally successful (!!), he continued this type of communication right through to completion. Because of his updates, I always knew where things stood. As a first-time buyer, I also found his approach invaluable. I would highly recommend Hugh to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
