Extremely disappointed with the service. We hired this company specifically because my partner and I could not move a fridge, mattress, and dishwasher ourselves. We expected a team that could handle the heavy lifting, but only one person arrived. As a result, we (two women) had to spend the day helping him carry these heavy items up and down stairs. We essentially did half the job ourselves, yet were still charged the full professional rate (250 euro). If we wanted to do the heavy lifting, we wouldn't have hired 'professionals.' When we called to complain about the lack of labor and the fact that we did the work ourselves, they refused a refund. Instead, they offered a "discount for next time." There will not be a "next time." Unreliable and poor value for money. Received a DIY experience at a professional price. Save your money and your back - hire someone else who actually provides the labor they charge for. Would NOT recommend!

Excellent service, very flexible and accommodating timewise as I waited on timing for my move it was fairly last minute and they had no issue with this, very helpful.
John and his friend were great, I had lots of pots from outside and suitcases, they moved everything with no issue.
I was very impressed with this company. I had rang them at short notice and they accommodated me. They arrived on time and they assessed the priority of items to be moved. They were ultra careful with larger items and packaged them to protect and secure them. They communicated so clearly, they were obliging and very professional. I was very happy with the service and they have an extensive knowledge of areas so I would highly recommend them.
