Got Prolink to move our house lots of boxes and furniture- price was very competitive, supplied boxes and wrapping paper and when the lads on the truck moved us they could not have been more professional, obliging and professional - recommended - stress free👍

I can not compliment Prolink enough for their professional, courteous and helpful service. I dealt with Graham when making the booking and organising logistics. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He made the process so easy. The guys who removed and delivered my household goods were fantastic. Thank you Mark and Stefan. They communicated with us before collection and delivery. They were prompt, friendly, professional and extremely efficient. Thanks to all at Prolink.

Extremely poor service. Prolink employee almost broke the doorframe and scratched the walls while trying to push the stuck trolley through the front door. The stuck trolley blocked the only entrance to the block creating a Fire Safety issue. Careless and unprofessional behaviour on the part of Prolink employee. Tenants of the Block had to wait outside as no one could get in or out of the Building because of stuck trolley. Thanks to Tenants who witnessed the ordeal Prolink employee and the actual owner of the possessions had to unload the boxes by hand and carry them one by one to the apartment. Some service! Packaging was not up to a high standard either by the looks of it. All boxes looked squashed and of poor quality.

50% satisfaction. Prolink came and got our stuff very quickly from Belgium. Lee and his colleague were very polite and friendly and super efficient. We were very happy about this part of the moving. However, we had to wait for 2 weeks when we asked to retrieve our stuff after we secured a place in Dublin (4 weeks later). According to them, our items were stored in Dublin but somehow we had to wait 2 long weeks for them to deliver it to us. But the thing that really annoyed us is that they only sent us ONE guy to deliver our items (5m3). This is not the way to treat your employees. One person is obviously not enough to unload and then take to the customer's flat 5m3 of items. My partner decided to help him with his work (even though the employee really really tried to reject the offer) and it shouldn't have been the case. Employees deserve to be shown humanity and to be treated as fellow human beings. So we are giving a 3 stars for the first part of the moving. But if we could it would be 2.5 stars.

Making Moving Easy... Thank you so much to Graham, Gary and Ali for all your help. Such a professional, polite and patient team. Moving team, Gary and Ali explained all on the day and Graham kept us up to date from the paperwork/custom side of things. Down three flights of stairs, unable to park to close to my address, but never moaned or complained. A really lovely team. Highly recommend this team. Thanks again, I felt very confident that our possessions would be safe, Liz
