MMC Windows And Doors

Martin and his team installed the 'Rio Grande' Palladio Composite Front Door for me in early April. I love it and the team did a great job on the day of installation and left the place spotless. I loved using the design tool but the consultation hour with Martin beforehand was invaluable as he thought of things I didn't and was able to make really useful suggestions too. I would highly recommend MMC Windows and Doors and it is great that they are a local Knocknacarra business too.

Martin and Ruth at MMC have been an absolute pleasure to work with. A few very specific calls outs I want to make about their services and work which made my experience working with them so very nice! My project was a full window and door upgrade on an old terrace house. Given that I travel a lot I ordered my windows and doors early, knowing it will take 3-4 months for them to come in. 1. Service - I needed the best soundproofing I could get since I live on a busy street and it was nearly impossible to sleep with the old windows. They worked closely with the manufacturer to find me the best windows for this application and they worked closely with me to get an earlier than scheduled time so I can have these initial windows installed 3-4 weeks earlier than our scheduled works. 2. The team - the boys came in and did the work and although it was a busy day, they did clean up after themselves and made sure that the area they were working was generally nice and tidy before they left. I’ve worked with several contractors for construction lately and it’s not uncommon that folks leave a mess behind. 3. After all the works were installed, I had an issue that needed to be addressed and Martin went out of his way to take a morning day to assess the situation and solve the problem after the install. He didn’t leave me hanging or to my own devices to figure it out. (It wasn’t even warranty related issue, it was a voluntary thing that he didn’t have to do- it was just him caring for his customer) 4. MMC saved me money! - they contacted me after the works and notified me about an SEAI grant that I was retroactively eligible for since the install fell into the time box, which I don’t think they were obligated to commit to but have worked with me through the paperwork an I couldn’t be more thankful, as that was really kind. I don’t know what else to say. This is a local small business I will do work again with if I need another window install. Amazing people, great service and top notch company. Thank you guys! Martin and his team installed a new composite front door for us a few weeks ago and did a brilliant job. It was really easy to design using the link on his website. Martin and his team are very friendly and professional & did a very neat job, in less than one day. I would highly recommend MMC Windows and Doors.
