Was looking for mosaic style tiles but wanted something with a soft colour and a thought we finally found them. Ordered them and told they take 3 weeks to arrive. I said I’ll come back next week to order the wall ones as they are available. Came a week later to be told that the tiles I ordered don’t actually look like that and instead it’s all 4 random prints together instead of the one print. The person I was dealing with found out 2 days before but didn’t even ring me. In fairness he tried to help me find others but I had something specific and a small budget. Anyhow was told I’ll get a refund that o can go and will receive an email notification regarding the refund and that the money will appear in my account 2 days later. 5 days later, still no email or money I rang and was told am sure it’s done, will check and get back to you and ofcourse heard nothing. I had to get my husband involved and was told eventually this was a mistake and he thought he could issue a refund on the system without the card there. While this was all for 250€ it’s not about the money but rather being mistaken for a fool and dragged around. The matter is now resolved but the fact the someone continues to lie until they are confronted and risks the shop’s reputation over 250€ is wild to me. Will never be coming back.

Joe and the team were excellent, they listened and guided us through everything to make our decisions straightforward even on things like grout selection (which is not as easy as you would think). Excellent selection and customer service! We went to quite a few places to pick our tiles and bathroom fixings, but we were most impressed with the selection at City Tiles. Kevin was amazing - so helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. Joe, Jim and the delivery guys were great help, too. Everyone took care to make sure that we were happy. Highly recommend.
