DPS Damp Proofing, Vacuum & Ventilation

I recently had a heat recovery system installed by Denis at DPS and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain the system, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up to run efficiently. The work was completed on schedule, with great attention to detail, and the site was left clean and tidy. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. A top-notch job from start to finish!

I realise that there are some "unverified" good reviews about this company but unfortunately my experience recently wasn't. Granted my job would not have been as extensive as I'm sure their other customers but from initial contact I was led on waiting for a call out and when we finally set a date/time due to my work schedule they never showed up, no phone call nothing, until I contacted them. I confirmed the call out the previous day with them for which I was told that they could only come prior to the call time we agreed even though I stressed that day and prior on multiple communique with them, that there would be no one there after a certain time on that particular day I could personally meet up with them! After waiting at home all afternoon, on the day of the appointment no-one showed up and when I contacted them again, they stated they had another appointment during the time we scheduled, even though they stated, and I quote... " As Friday afternoons are out for me unless I happen to be in Limerick on Friday which is unusual"... When I challenged them about the situation, I was told another lame excuse.... I ask myself, why make the appointment in the first place on that particular time and day, if it was "unusual" for them to be in Limerick on Friday afternoons the only day I could actually meet up with them even though they agreed to meet with me?? Anyway, If this is how they treat a customer, I'm thankful I dodged a bullet here! Unfortunately I feel my situation all points out that my Job was of little financial consequence for them due to its size, and to be honest I get it, I really do!... but they didn't have to lead me on for weeks and then not show up or call! All they had to do is say that they were not interested in the Job... Be careful guys, I'm sure there are better like minded businesses out there that might not be as apparently cheap but at least you will have piece of mind with customer service and most importantly come back if anything happens and that's what you should be paying for, apart from a good job of course.

Highly recommend DPS. Denis was very professional and helpful and gave us some great advice. We had a problem with condensation, DPS installed a PIV system and there is a huge improvement

Had Denis from DPS carry out damp proof work last June on the external walls of our building which were quite bad. The walls turned out very well and the work done has made a huge difference to the comfort of the room this winter. The work was carried out very efficiently and the place was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. I’m delighted with the finished job and would highly recommend Denis and his team for similar type work.

DPS did an excellent job repairing and sealing some internal walls suffering from rising damp from a burst heating system pipe. The speed and efficency of them completing the job was first class.
