Great company to deal with, very responsive to my initial request for a BER assessment, had it scheduled within a day. The engineer doing the assessment was professional and went about this work quickly. The BER cert was sent to me the next day, very happy with the service and would use again.

Hi, I got solar panels installed in my house and Energy Lads were the company who carried out the BER rating for it. I found the staff were very nice to deal with over the phone, very efficient with forms etc. Their engineer came to the house at the correct allocated time.He was very diligent in his approach ,with the job in hand , and very efficient at sending out my BER certificate. Over the past Month Energy Lads were booked to do a post works renovation BER assessment for us through Ashgrove Renewables. My initial contact was with Isabel who contacted me to schedule our assessment, as we were not quite ready for assessment due to delay with Attic insulation she reschedueled the appointement without any difficulty, she was pleasant and courteous to deal with by phone and Email. I called her with a query and she dealt with it efficiently and sent on payment link which is easy to use. James was our Assessor, he contacted me on the day of the BER assessment as he was running earlier than anticipated just to check if that suited us - he arrived carried out the assessment efficiently and was very friendly and knowledgeable. James contacted me with a few queries and I was able to give him the information , he had the assessment completed and returned within a few days .
